Following a distinguished 25-year career with IBM, Siemens, and Aspect Communications, Craig Sharp set out on a mission to bring customer service principles to the ever changing world of technology.
Since then, he has worked as a consultant to several large technology companies, working on projects ranging from Y2K operations to technical training and course development.
Now,as the principal of Sharp Tech Team, Craig has partnered with other consultants, vendors and service providers to deliver the best solution for each client.
A licensed private pilot, Craig lives with his family in rural North Carolina.
